  A small Yousef Abad studio with four wheels and its own kiln. Classes are capped at eight so everyone gets real time at the wheel.

  A bright Vanak atelier focused on adult beginners. The tutors are fine-art graduates and every material is provided in the session.

  A speciality bar in Jordan that turns its counter into a classroom after hours. The baristas teach on beans roasted in house.

  A Darrous flower studio working with whatever is in season at the Tehran market. Everyone takes their own arrangement home.

  A professional Saadat Abad kitchen with six work stations. Sessions are hands-on and end with everyone eating together.

  A metal and silver workshop in Tajrish. Professional tooling, serious safety briefing, groups of six at most.

  A small Amir Abad bakery that gives one day a week to teaching. Everyone leaves with a starter and a baked loaf.
