About this workshop

We start with grinding and weighing, and why the dose-to-yield ratio matters more than an expensive machine.

Then we move to steaming milk and building microfoam, and you practise pouring a heart and a rosetta.

Everyone has their own station, with enough milk and beans to actually practise.
